Brooklyn building could open as soon as next month

Brooklyn building poised to open as early as next week, with construction to begin next month in what would be the first major apartment project of its kind in the United States.

The Brooklyn-based construction company Zillow has partnered with the developer of the historic New York Central Train station to open the first apartments on the site of the former Central Terminal on Thursday, according to a Zillower news release.

The building will be built as part of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Development Corporation’s $3 billion development of the site, located near Brooklyn Bridge Park, where construction began in 2015.

Zillows project will be about 200,000 square feet with a total floor area of about 3.5 million square feet.

Zillow said it would work with the city to construct the apartments, which are expected to be complete by late 2018 or early 2019.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Zillowing to bring a modern and luxurious apartment project to Brooklyn,” said Peter Tamburin, president of the development agency.

“We are looking forward to this project’s groundbreaking in the Brooklyn borough of New York City.”

The construction will begin next week at the site at 1234 New Jersey Avenue and will continue through 2020, with the first units expected to open later in the year.

The first of the apartments will be priced at $1,200 a month, with apartments to follow in 2021 and 2022.

In addition to the apartment buildings, the Brooklyn site will also include a hotel and office space and a retail mall and a planned park.

Zillaow said the site also will include the construction of a public realm.

In a statement, Brooklyn Mayor Bill de Blasio praised the project.

“Brooklyn is home to many historic buildings and landmarks and this project will bring these buildings back to life in an urban setting,” he said.

“I am very proud to announce that this project marks the first new housing construction project in the city of New New York since the subway was built here in 1956.

I am proud to be an active participant in the development of this project.”

Zillowing CEO Steve Tamburs work has been closely watched since the company announced plans to build apartments in the building last year.

In September, the company released a video in which he discussed his vision for the project with a group of developers and industry leaders.

Zillaow has said that it will begin building the apartments on December 1.

The construction work to begin.

You have the option of requesting a refund of your deposit, or the contract will not be issued.

You must have completed your contract by the deadline specified by the contractor.

You cannot request a refund on your deposit.

Once your contract has been signed, the contract must be sent to your county or building authority building or the county or authority building where you will be using the building for your construction work, whichever is appropriate.

You do not need to submit your contract to BTS if it is being served at a public building.

New York construction jobs increase by 7% as industry prepares for a construction boom

NEW YORK — New York Construction Industry Association President Joe Hoeppner said Monday that the state’s construction industry has gained more than 7,000 construction jobs in the last three months of the year.

Construction employment rose 7.3 percent in March, Hoeffner said in a press release.

The total number of construction jobs grew by almost 5,000 during the same period.

Hoeppelner attributed the uptick to a stronger U.S. economy, an increase in demand for skilled labor and a reduction in costs for construction companies.

Construction industry jobs have been growing at a rate of 7.7 percent annually since the recession.

Hoesperer said that the job growth is an indication that the economy is slowly recovering and that companies are finding ways to make the most of the new jobs that have been created.

Construction workers in New York were hired to fill an average of more than 1,200 construction jobs annually from 2011 to 2014.

Construction is the most common industry for people to work in New Jersey.
